Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by ld89 at ld89.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any ld89 service constitutes unconditional acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

Eligibility

Use of the ld89 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are 21 years of age or older. ld89 operates strictly as an adult gaming platform and takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform and are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to mask your location.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ld89 or had an account closed due to a Terms violation.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, agent, or family member of any director, officer, or employee of ld89 or its affiliated companies.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ld89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ld89 Platform at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. ld89 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — including any unauthorised access arising from your failure to keep credentials secure — is your sole responsibility.

ld89 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ld89 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ld89 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Payments section of your account dashboard and are subject to change.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ld89 account balance within seconds of the mobile money transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer processing times may vary between one and three business hours.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals: No withdrawal request will be processed until the Player's account has undergone and passed full KYC verification. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

ld89 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Processing of a withdrawal may be delayed pending completion of such due diligence. ld89 will not be liable for any losses arising from such delays.

Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

ld89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ld89 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the time limit specified for that promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the deadline.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain slot categories may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution percentages are published on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on the ld89 Platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting markets, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ld89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into or withdraw from your ld89 account (money laundering).
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

ld89 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party infrastructure outages may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ld89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ld89 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. ld89 operates as a platform for players in Bangladesh and structures its policies to align with the expectations of the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ld89, the Player is encouraged to contact the ld89 support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ld89 commits to responding to all formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, ld89 will engage in good-faith mediation proceedings. Players retain the right to pursue any legal remedies available to them under applicable law.
